Course Creation for my daughter
My daughter was asked to teach a Wound Healing & Management course. Although it is still in progress, I used Mayers Multimedia principles by keeping slides clear and not adding too much text or extra information. The goal is to keep content clear, purposeful, and free of distractions so learners could focus on what really matters, engaging with and understanding the material. I focused on building slides that were visually accessible, using high color contrast, accessible font choices and sizes, and intentional layout choices. I ensured there was accessible design choices. The slides will use high contrast between the background, text, and image, also ensuring each icon is not dependent on color alone to convey its meaning. The slides also offer a real voice audio clip that reads the content displayed on the slide.
