The Designing for Adult Learners: Applying Andragogy in Practice was created as a teaching tool for educators working with university students, trainers, or instructional designers. Its purpose is to help learners apply the principles of adult learning theory (andragogy) to design and facilitate inclusive, learner-centered courses that foster engagement, autonomy, and meaningful learning experiences.The course is intended for use in a blended online environment, where educators may guide learners through the content synchronously or assign it for asynchronous participation as part of a flipped classroom model.
